Regarding how is the shipment steps; Art & Moule takes a new quick and easy Service. We're providing our customers a quick method of shipment  and provided with our partner: EMS EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE and AMANA INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL, Regarding shipment costs we rely on the value of the mold weight (Kg).
The variety in the number of molds, shapes and designs, causes a change in the weight and shipment costs.
The mold must be carefully stored to prevent damage to cause the deformation or loss of the mold.
There are also other expenses relating to transit and the code of the tracking of the package until the client to ensure that the package was sent to the time limit. TRACK YOUR PACKAGE:
With our tracking and location system, your package is located and identified at each stage of shpment, just by entering the number of the barcode you find on your cover transport. Please enter correctly listed against the ID number of your shipmen.

Note: To ensure you receive your mold with paying lower taxes, we will pack the goods in small boxes 30 cm x 20 cm x 10 cm, and declare the customs invoice with lower value to help you save the cost . The value do not means the total you paid or anything else. Any import charges is the responsibility of the buyer. (if you want to declare the goods as other item name, or specify a value for custom, please inform us at time of order).
